- Lead global data protection compliance and risk mitigation.
- Develop and implement privacy policies and procedures.
- Advise on data‑related transactions and contracts.
- Coordinate with regulators and internal stakeholders.

Advise on risk assessment and mitigation for data projects.
Draft and negotiate data processing agreements.

KUALIFIKASI
Juris Doctor or equivalent legal degree.
Master's in Law, Computer Science or related field.
10+ years of experience in data privacy and risk management.
Deep knowledge of Indonesian privacy laws, GDPR, and other global frameworks.
Proven track record leading cross‑functional teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
