We are looking for a Load Balancer Design Engineer to architect and optimize high‑availability network solutions for our global clients. This remote role in Jakarta offers the flexibility of working from anywhere in Indonesia, while you contribute to critical infrastructure projects that span multiple continents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing scalable load balancing strategies across on‑premise and cloud platforms.
• Configuring HAProxy, NGINX, and Kubernetes Ingress controllers to meet SLA targets.
• Automating deployment pipelines with Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD tools.
• Monitoring traffic patterns and tuning performance for millions of requests per second.

Design scalable load balancing architectures across on‑premise and cloud environments.
Configure and maintain HAProxy, NGINX, and Kubernetes Ingress controllers.
Automate provisioning and configuration using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor performance metrics and tune for optimal latency and throughput.
Collaborate with DevOps, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration.
Document design decisions and update internal knowledge base.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in network engineering or load balancing design.
Hands‑on experience with HAProxy, NGINX, and Kubernetes Ingress.
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar.
Experience with cloud load balancing services (AWS ALB, GCP LB, Azure LB).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
